THE TEMPORARY WORK AGENT IS A COMPANY!

Because of the word ‘agent’ many people might understand we deal with hiring individuals temporarily.

There’s nothing more wrong.

The temporary employment agency is a private company established under H.G. (Government Decision) nr. 938/2004 having as business scope providing professional services to other legal entities, during a fixed-term period, assigning for particular jobs its own employees.

The temporary work agent isauthorized by the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Protection and, as an employer, makes temporary work agreements with individuals who meet all the specific demands in the Labour Code to become a legally hired worker. Payment is covered by the warranty fund we have at a bank in Romania, as mentioned by the laws.

We do not take any fee from the Candidats and the ones we take from the Users are minimums.

The user undertaking is the legal entity whom the temporary employment agency provides a temporary employee.

The temporary employee is the person directly hired by a temporary employment agency made available to a user undertaking in order to perform certain precise tasks in a determined period of time.

The temporary employment agreement is the agreement made between the temporary employment agency and the temporary employee. This contract can be concluded in order to perform only one task or several tasks as agreed.

Advantages for the User undertaking:
- temporary employment addresses some unexpected needs, problems that have to be solved urgently: increase of the gross production, unexpected orders, unexpected absence of some employees;
- labour costs become, at least partially, a variable expense that do not influence significantly the economic balance of the company;

- in case a company recruits and selects new staff, who have to be hired permanently, temporary employment allows companies to make less restrictive choices, actually extending the probation period and reducing the risk of hiring wrong staff or possible labour disputes;
- temporary work saves your time by:
--employment file preparation including all the necessary documents;
--employment document preparation (employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, employee statements);
--registering employment contracts in the Labour Inspectorate;
--getting any necessary documents from the occupational medicine office;
--preparing any document for changing or terminating employment contracts and registering them in the Labour Inspectorate;
- keeping up-to-date the documents in the employees’ files;
--managing monthly time sheets (attendance, leaves);
- wages calculation (with allowances, benefits, bonuses and deductions);
- generating wage statements on paper and on electronic support (health insurance, unemployment insurance, leave and compensation rate, monthly ITM (Territorial Labour Inspectorate) statement, as well as other statements according to the law;
- submitting the monthly wage statements and the monthly income sheets;;
- keeping and filling employment record books;
- stating and submitting fiscal sheets to the fiscal authorities;
- providing the employees with all the documents they ask for;
- managing benefits packages;
- managing the relationship between the user company and the temporary employee;
