When assessing candidates we consider two basic elements:
Personal profile analysis – personality inventory that aims at identifying personality traits and candidates’ behaviour.
Job analysis – this way we assess the behavioural requirements of a particular job, considering both the culture and the internal organization of a company.
By comparing the two elements we can determine objectively, if the candidate we recommend meets all the requirements of the user company.
